Design and Collection development : Fashion Design is also in our network of marketing. Our designers develop a range of samples each season following new trends, using new fabrics, trims, prints, embroideries, washes…etc. This provides our clients to select styles from our wide range of collection for all seasons. Our designers constantly service clients by providing them with fresh ideas, updates on new trends and current fashion developments in both Knitted and Woven garments for all age groups.
Development Department : With thorough knowledge of all the different manufacturing districts in India and our continuous sourcing of suppliers, we are in the best position to give the clients fruitful products. We work very closely with clients design team ensuring the best results within minimal time.
Merchandising department :

Strong Merchandising team, which remains on top from development till shipment.

Meeting client’s standards in all respect –norms, quality and testing parameters.

Prompt communication and co-ordination with client and suppliers.

Work on best price based on terms of shipment. Offer price in options to meet clients target price in range of quality, quantity, wash or embellishments.

Follow-up on confirmation of Purchase orders/delivery schedules and clearance of payment.

Order placement of fabric and all trims.

Arrangement of approval samples [from proto till shipment samples].

Regular production updates and follow-up on approval samples like-fabric, trim, print strike-off, embroidery strike-off, sample garment and maintenance of these records.

Any issue will be promptly brought to the notice of client with solution and suggestions.

The consignment is approved and allowed for shipment only if it meets clients required standards.
Sourcing department :

Having extensive network of material sourcing department and all companies are compliant to human rights and safety standards for both fabrics and trims.

Controls quality of all material inputs [fabrics & all types of trims from stitch to packing].

Controlling and checking of raw material against approved sample with respect to quality, design, size, color and quantity.
Pattern department :

Expert, Trained and Highly Experienced Masters, Pattern Designer.

Develop patterns for proto type, salesman samples, approval samples, grade patterns for all requisite size range and size set production markers, keeping in mind most judicial use of fabrics /all technicalities of fabric ensuring to produce most desirable garments.
Sampling department :

Samples are developed as per clients specification on time with right fabric , trim, print, embroidery, embellishment, wash…etc. of the current season as well as the forthcoming seasons to increase sales. This department is keenly responsible and dedicated to make these samples- product development, proto-samples, sales samples or any other sampling needed by the clients.

All type of samples are checked thoroughly as per the specification in teck-pack/matrix/BOM before dispatching for final approval of client, samples are accompanied with QC report.

Quality is been control mainly by monitoring of quality from fabric to sample finishing.

Marking next level sample or revision is based on client’s approval confirmation or comments.

Before Bulk production, factory sample is approved finally in this department by the quality engineer and the Senior Merchandiser based on clients approved Pre-production sample for smooth flow of production.
Documentation and shipping department :

Booking of shipment with clients nominated forwarder as per the procedure or through companies forwarder for shipment.

Work on Timely deliveries and best freight rates.

Arranging documents as per client’s format and instructions.

Ensure dispatch of copy documents as per dispatch instructions given by client or as stated in L/Cs, well in advance of the actual shipment arrival with intimation to client and their clearing agents.

Update on vessel/flight details and on documents couriered tracking details.
Manufacturers & Production units :

We take great care in selecting the vendors who manufacture our products. Most of the production units are ISO certified and compliance or are Government Recognized Export House.

Before starting any new business we perform internal audits in order to assure that the manufacturer meets the European Standards of Compliance, Human right issues and Quality.

All production units follow healthy and safe labour practices eliminating any use of child labor, prison labor, forced labor and providing required living and sanitation facilities and justified wage structures as per relevant countries norms. Adequate fire safety measures are followed, fire fighting equipments are deployed and serviced regularly and employees are trained to handle fire fighting equipments in case of emergency.

The manufacturers we are working with are well equipped with modern machinery, latest technologies to maintain stringent quality standards and manufacture quality products in minimal turnaround time. Both Woven and Knit manufacturers are system driven, have planned manufacturing to give customer higher satisfaction.

Stitching Machine : Have the most modern stitching machinery ,a mix of Single stitch, Double stitch, 5-thread over locks, computerized Flat locks, Button hole machine , Collar attaching machine , saddle stitch machine, Zig - Zag machine, Automatic Placket setting machine and computer programmable label stitching machine to perform stitching process efficiently. Also there are snap and riveit attaching machines.
-Print and Embroidery : Have competent set up for embroidery, patch Work, appliqué work, printing and other valuable additions
-Embroidery : We do all types of Machine embroidery and Hand embroidery.
-Print : Tie and dye, Batik, Pigment print, Discharge print, Plastersol print, Gel print, Transfer prints, Glitter print, Hi-Density print, Non-PVC print, Foil prints to name a few.

Garment washing : Have In-house washing equipments with Heavy duty washing plant, Hydro extractor, Stain removing machines to ensure quality. Types of washes such as soft hand feel wash, silicon wash, enzyme wash, acid wash, stone wash, Faded look wash, Wrinkle effect, Vintage wash etc .

Ironing and Finishing : Have modern finishing unit, Vacuum and Steam pressing station, Thread sucking machines, needle detector machine, strain removing machine to get the desired feel and finish of the product.

Packing : Garments are passed through stringent, scrutiny by high skilled packers. They do needle deduction before putting each garment to the carton.

Quality inspection : Our quality management team, carry out quality inspection at all stages of the production from the initial stage of product development to the final stage.

Control over strict adherence to labeling, packing and carton marking instructions provided by clients.

Monitoring system pertaining to production in four stages mentioned below
-Fabric ,Trims, Embroidery and Print Inspection : The purpose of this inspection is to assure that all components received for mass production are as per the clients standard.
-Pre Production Check (PPC) : At this stage risks are reduced by checking over all of the product –fabric, trims, wash, labeling, buttoning, components, user manuals, comments. Final approval is taken from client against this sample before production to maintain same standard in production of product.
-Initial Production Check (IPC) : First finished products are checked against clients specification and preproduction sample. Deviations are identified and brought out for correction.
-During Production Check (DUPRO) : Inspection during production is carried out to check and verify that the initial discrepancies have been rectified and the standard quality runs throughout the production.
-Final Random Inspection (FRI) : Final random inspection is carried out when the total consignment is packed and ready for shipment . FRI is performed according to the International Inspection Standards .The detailed physical inspection of the samples selected at random is based on specifications of the client and it covers all criteria such as design, style, shrinkage, appearance, accessories, labeling, print, embroidery, material, wash, assortments, workmanship, measurements, packing etc

Inspection level : The product inspections are carried out in accordance with the standard of Single Sampling Plan for Normal Inspection Level II.
AQL : AQL standards we are using for final inspection such as
1.5 military for final
2.5 major defects on-line and pre final
4.0 minor defect for fabric

Quality Assurance : Maintaining systems and control measures from yarn-weaving-fabric stages in accordance to AQL 2.5 system to deliver flawless garments. Our quality assurance personnel stationed at all manufacturing sites ensure that all production units are geared to run on AQL 2.5, thereby eliminating the last minute rejection factor giving our clients true value for their money.

Laboratory Testing : We test our products as per the clients' needs/specifications. Based on testing parameter against fabric and garment we also arrange for lab test reports from SGS /ITS and TUV
Fabric : Construction particulars (counts, constructions and weight), Strength, Measurement and Seam performance.
Analysis : Flammability, Dimensional Stability (Shrinkage) to washing/ dry cleaning, appearance after washing /dry cleaning, Fiber analysis.
Color Fastness : Color fastness to washing, Perspiration, Light, Rubbing, Bleaching, Dry cleaning, Organic Solvents, Hot pressing, etc.
Dyes & Pigment tests are also carried out.
Garment :Dimensional Stability to washing/ dry cleaning, appearance after washing/dry cleaning are tested.
